Curriculum Overview

Adult Care
Adult care also referred to as disability care, is a broad term that covers a range of personal care services for adults aged anywhere from 18 to 64 years old. Typically, these services are for adults coping with some form of disability, injury, or illness.
Salon
A beauty salon is an establishment that offers a variety of cosmetic treatments and cosmetic services for men and women.
Catering
Catering is the business of providing food from a restaurant or a catering service to a remote location. Caterers will bring food to hotels, public houses, wedding chapels, schools and other public locations.
Nursing
Nursing as an area of study instruct students on how to care for sick, disabled and dying patients, and how to prevent illness and promote health. Specifically, participants may learn how to serve the healthcare needs of communities, groups, families or individuals within various settings
Photography
Photography is the art of capturing light with a camera, usually via a digital sensor or film, to create an image. With the right camera equipment, you can even photograph wavelengths of light invisible to the human eye, including UV, infrared, and radio. In this course, you will be exposed to different types of photography as well as how to use different type of camera for great shots.
Fashion
Fashion design is the art of designing clothing that is both functional and aesthetically pleasing. Fashion designers must study their craft well in order to be successful. A fashion design course can provide the introduction to further study in this high demand field.
As a student nurse, you will work to promote, maintain and restore the health of patients by following the clearly laid out health care procedures. Because the scope of student nursing practice is limited, you will often need approval before you can administer any care to patients.
- The nurse must be able to do all of the following:
- Measure vital signs correctly
- Understand and interpret the values
Communicate findings appropriately.
Student pre-nurses are different from students pursuing other subjects. They practice what they learn in class by joining HTK School clinical: Assessment and care of patients, End- of- life care, common health problems of older adults, concepts of emergency care and disaster preparedness and to under the supervision of a nursing instructor. As a student Pre- nurse, you will work to promote, maintain and restore the health of patients by following the clearly laid out health care procedures. Because the scope of student pre-nursing practice is limited, you will often need approval by having your certificate Medication Technician training and pass your examination before you can administer any care to patients.
